Braking is handled by four-wheel ventilated and cross-drilled discs with red Porsche-branded calipers. The brake master cylinder was replaced under current ownership along with the TPMS control module and the power steering pump and lines.
The interior features heated front sport seats trimmed in black leather with Alcantara inserts along with a matching leather-covered dashboard and door panels. Alcantara upholstery extends to the shifter boot, handbrake lever, and door handles, and additional appointments include cruise control, Porsche-script floor mats, automatic climate control, Porsche Communication Management (PCM) with navigation, and a Bose surround sound audio system with satellite radio and Bluetooth connectivity. The optional Sport Chrono Package Plus added a dash-mounted chronograph and adjustable settings for throttle response and suspension firmness. The passenger side window regulator was replaced in 2020.
A three-spoke Alcantara-trimmed steering wheel frames a central tachometer with a 7,400-rpm redline, a 200-mph speedometer, and auxiliary gauges. The digital odometer indicates 59k miles.
The naturally aspirated 3.8-liter flat-six was rated at 408 horsepower and 310 lb-ft of torque in the GTS, an increase of 23 horsepower over the contemporary Carrera S. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a seven-speed PDK dual-clutch transaxle and a limited-slip differential. Service performed under current ownership included replacement of the left rear axle shaft and of the accessory drive belt.
Manufacturer’s literature is included in the sale along with service records, a SPEEDiagnostix oil analysis report from September 2021, two keys, and Porsche GTS-branded floor-mats. The seller states a transferable extended service warranty from Carmax is valid until December 2023 or 100k miles.
